By accessing or using Tutor Desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice.
Tutor Desk is a tutor management platform that helps tutors manage students, track attendance, collect fees, assign homework, generate invoices, and communicate with parents. The service is provided on a Free and Pro subscription basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person may only create one account.
The Free Plan allows up to 10 students with basic features. The Pro Plan (PKR 1,100/month) provides unlimited students and all features. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are not provided for Pro plan payments.
Pro plan payments are collected manually via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. Subscriptions are monthly. If payment is not received, access to Pro features will be revoked. We will provide 3 days notice before revoking access.
You agree to use Tutor Desk only for legitimate tutoring management purposes. You must not: share your account with others, use the platform to harass or harm students or parents, upload inappropriate content, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
You are responsible for the accuracy of student data you enter. You must have appropriate consent from parents/guardians to store student information. You must comply with applicable Pakistani laws regarding data protection of minors.
Tutor Desk and its features, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your student or business data.
We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses due to service downtime.
Tutor Desk is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days. We are not responsible for any data loss due to user error.
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Upon termination, you can request a data export within 30 days. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction. By using Tutor Desk, you consent to this jurisdiction.
